Working from home is a great thing, it allows me to focus on my passion and mission which is helping people find answers to their dental needs. As I answered messages today  from the denture group, something hit me. All of these people looking for medical information who could not get real answers from their dentist. Why is it such a secret? why do dentists keep all the info to themselves? Why is it so hard to get answers? I am on a mission to make it easier for people to find good information to advocate for themselves. As my childhood fades and adulthood takes over, we make critical decisions like what kind of toothpaste or toothbrush to buy. I remember standing there in the grocery store trying to make a decision like it was picking out a car. I switched them up through the years and now as a denture wearer, I'm going the same.  Hello brand offers a charcoal infused toothbrush that I'm trying for the next two weeks.  Has it worked for you? Is it safe for dentures? Hello states it safe so I'm willing to take one or the team.  What is your experience?  As denture wearers we have extra added stress to find toothpaste that's not abrasive.  Dr B seems to gave the best one yet. Its compatible with all liners and you can use it on your gums as well. I'm pretty excited about that.  In conclusion,  be aware of the abrasiveness of your toothpaste.
