    I have a tooth that a filling fell out of the dentist cancel my appointment right now im not having a lot of pin but i know it's coming what can i do when that happens??

Working from home is a great thing, it allows me to focus on my passion and mission which is helping people find answers to their dental needs. As I answered messages today  from the denture group, something hit me. All of these people looking for medical information who could not get real answers from their dentist. Why is it such a secret? why do dentists keep all the info to themselves? Why is it so hard to get answers? I am on a mission to make it easier for people to find good information to advocate for themselves.
